Drawing upon more than 70 years of knowledge & experience, the well-respected Melosi family is led by Roland Melosi and his son Giovanni Melosi.

Together with a dedicated team, they strive to create distinct smallgoods using true Italian curing methods. All products are made from 100% Australian meats, with no artificial colourings and only the highest quality of ingredients chosen.

Roland and Giovanni are very passionate and enthusiastic about continuing their family’s tradition, by manufacturing a quality range of smallgoods, whilst always exploring new, modern and exciting ingredients to bring magic to the table.
