With 60 years’ experience, the well respected Melosi family is led by Roland Melosi and his business partner Len Barone, his son Giovanni Melosi and son in law Vince Vocisano. Together with a dedicated team, they strive to create distinct smallgoods using true Italian curing methods. Roland is very passionate and enthusiastic about continuing his family’s tradition, by manufacturing a quality range of smallgoods whilst always exploring new modern and exciting ingredients to bring a new magic to conventional smallgoods. Montecatini Specialty Smallgoods are Certified Gluten Free with the Coeliac Society and are accredited to use the Australian made logo.
